Guest Service Agent
 
Position Description:
 

SunDance resort is currently recruiting for a dynamic individuals to fill the positions of a full-time Guest Service Agents. The ideal candidate will posses the following:

Exceptional guest services skills.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Previous front office experience is an asset.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and able to multi-task.
Ability to work in a team environment.

  Qualifications:
Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
Customer service experience an asset.

Good oral and written communication skills.

Available to work flexible hours

  Primary Responsibilities:
Greet, Register, and assign suites and cabins to resort guests – Make and Confirm Reservations – Process credit cards.
Keep accurate records suite availability and guest accounts.
Perform basic bookkeeping , such as balancing employee shift reports and guest accounts.
Communicates efficiently with all departments and co-workers.
Provides guests with friendly and efficient service.

Must be able to read, understand and complete driver trip sheets and deadline forms, and read and understand inter-office communications, schedules or other documents.
