Sundance Resort TRUE ski in/ ski out?

Yes. In
fact we have one of the best ski-in/ski-out
locations on the hill with access to two
chair lifts (Black Forest and the Bullet).
After a snowfall if you get going early
enough you'll always be sure to carve fresh
tracks through champaign powder in the Black
Forest. All this, with unbeatable views of
the Monashee Mountains and valley! |

there parking at Sundance Resort?

Sundance Resort provides
for guest parking in our geo-thermally heated
underground parking area. One parking stall
per suite is available. There is no additional
charge for this service. |

kitchen conveniences are there in the Cabins
and Suites?

Kitchens have complete
cooking facilities. Microwaves, plates, cutlery
and cooking utensils, toasters, dishwashing
tablets & coffee
filters are supplied. All kitchens at Sundance
Resort are fully equipped right down to the
cork screw! |

Where
can I shop for supplies?

At Big White you can
purchase liquor and groceries at the Mountain
Mart. If you require larger quantities or
specialty items, a Stop-and-Shop in Kelowna
is your best bet. Gas up if you are driving,
we do not have gas stations on the Mountain.
There are several major stores on the way.
Kelowna has anything you might need from
health foods to last minute ski equipment.
For longer stays you may want to bring laundry
soap, softener, spices like salt & pepper,
baggies, aluminum foil and any specialty
items you may not find at the Mountain Mart.

Can
I buy ski equipment and clothing at Big
White? |

|
There are several stores
on the mountain for your convenience. Remember
warmth and comfort is the key to a great
vacation up here so bring thermal underwear,
wool socks, fleece, cortex, good gloves,
sunglasses and boots. Snow is what we have
and we have lots of it! |

Where
do I find currency exchange and banking machines? |

|
All currency is in
Canadian Dollars. Bringing travelers cheques
and credit cards is your best bet as we do
not have any banks on the mountain at Big
White. In the village center you we do have
ATM machines connected to Cirrus and Interac
International trademarks. Currency can be
exchanged and travelers cheques can be cashed
at Big White Central Main Ticket Office or
in the town of Kelowna on your way up to
Big White. |

Does
Sundance Resort have Meeting Facilities?

Sundance Resort has
an exclusive suite with a 14 person boardroom
table. Our theatre in Club Sundance can accommodate
24 people in genuine tiered seating and may
be used for meetings where visual presentations
are required. |

What
are the Weather and Road Conditions? |
| A. |
|
Traveling to Big White
can be fun. We have some of the most beautiful
scenery in the country! Watch for the wildlife
when driving and please remember we are located
in a mountainous area so good winter tires
are a necessity. If you do drive with all
seasons tires, please bring chains. Drive
with care, roads can be very slippery and
visibility can be limited.
